As a Server, you will serve up smiles and Southern goodness in a fast-paced, warm environment that feels like home. You will be responsible for providing courteous, quick, and efficient service to customers, with a positive attitude. Servers take accurate orders while providing friendly and attentive service that builds the guest’s intent to return. One key to our success is the high standards we set for our guest dining experience. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional dining experience by providing the highest levels of service and guiding guests through our menu, while providing beverage and food recommendations that meet or exceed their expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed, and dressed in proper uniform.

  • Greet, seat, and serve guests in a prompt, friendly, professional way.

  • Know all food items and specials on the menu.

  • Take food and drink orders promptly and accurately.

  • Greet customers within 2 minutes of seating.

  • Pick up and deliver orders to customers promptly.

  • Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service, refill drinks, and take any additional orders.

  • Ring up bills and deliver to customers. Check out customers at the cash register.

  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, courteous manner. Inform the supervisor of any customer complaints or suggestions.

  • Restock service areas. Keep service areas clean and complete all assigned cleaning tasks.

  • Minimum 1 year of Server experience is preferred.

  • Must be available at least three (3) days per week, with one of those days being Saturday or Sunday.

Starting Pay: $2.13/hour + tips

Shift/Schedule: Morning/Afternoon
