ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and sanitize workstations.

• Follow prep lists created by chefs.

• Measure ingredients and seasonings, and prepare cooking ingredients such as gravy to be used in the cooking process.

• Prepare dishes in accordance with Buttermilk Biscuit recipes and procedures.

• Ensure all food items are properly stored and easily accessible.

• Assist line chefs in preparing food and attending to any culinary tasks that may arise.

• Distribute plates to wait staff to be served, prewash plates for dishwashing, and help prepare to-go orders for customers.

• Supervise food handling and safety in accordance with policies.

• Accept or reject ingredients from suppliers.

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen area.

• Must be available at least three (3) days per week, with one of those days being Saturday or Sunday.

Starting Pay: $16/hour

Shift/Schedule: Morning/Afternoon/Weekends
