Line cook

We are looking for a talented and motivated Line Cook (Part-Time) to join our kitchen team! (Note: Pay rate starts at $16/hr. Do not apply if this rate does not suit your requirements.)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items to perfection, including dishes like buttermilk biscuits, fried chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, and more.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy brunch hours.
Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist with prep work, inventory management, and cleaning as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a line cook or similar role. (Breakfast or brunch experience is a bonus.)
Strong work ethic and a passion for creating great food.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible schedule, with availability on weekends and holidays (brunch is serious business here!).
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Must be available at least three (3) days per week, with one of those days being Saturday or Sunday.
